Shipping conditions

Neglbutikk.no offers various shipping methods that you choose when you checkout, before you confirm your order and pay for your order. We work with PostNord and Bring to ensure that your goods arrive safely.

Shipping options and prices:

All ordinary shipping prices apply for delivery to mainland Norway. We do not send goods to Svalbard, Bjørnøya, Jan Mayen or abroad.

Free shipping for all orders that exceed NOK 999 (the shopping basket must be over NOK 999, without shipping).

If you have received free shipping and you are not registered at the address where you want to receive the package, let us know and we will send you your package by Posten, if you do not notify us and the package is returned to us, you must pay NOK 250 . You can read more about these conditions below "You yourself are responsible for".

Collection of goods from our warehouse - free of charge

  • Paid in advance and collected the same or the next working day between 09:00 and 16:00.
  • You will be notified when the goods are ready for collection - bring a receipt for the payment (notify us 1 hour before arrival).

Warehouse address: Storengveien 8, 1358 Jar (same entrance as Jardyreklinikk).

"Bring" package in the mailbox for small items - NOK 29

  • Delivery time approx. 1-5 working days.
  • Small items under a total weight of 750 g.
  • Max. size of the box 32cmx23cmx8cm

Most of the packages we send are small and we send them to mailboxes, so we ask that you provide the address where the mailbox will be with your first and last name (not the company name).

We ask that your mailboxes be cleaned and that the postal worker can put your package in the mailbox without any problems.

If you live at an address where you are not registered, you must choose the shipping method with Posten, otherwise your package will be returned to us and you will have to pay NOK 250 to cover our shipping and handling costs. NB. Please note that these packages are not insured and we are not responsible if your package gets lost.

"Bring" package with tracking that can be picked up at the collection point - NOK 99

  • Sent as parcel post with a delivery time of approx. 1-7 working days.
  • You will receive a collection notification when the package can be collected at the delivery location.

Do not write the address of your salon, if it is located in a large building or a shopping center, the postal worker will not look for you and the package will be sent back to us (if there is a mailbox with your name and surname at that address, then you can also write the address of the salon).

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on location in Norway. Packages are usually delivered within 1-3 days, shipments to hard-to-reach areas and Northern Norway can take up to 7 working days.

  • Due to unforeseen circumstances such as a pandemic, carrier strikes and the like, the delivery time may take longer.

This is what you can expect from us:

We pack your order and send it the same or the next working day as long as all items are in stock. You will receive an email when the package leaves our warehouse, with a tracking number if you have chosen to pay for the tracking of your delivery.
We have a strong focus on having goods in stock, but ask for your understanding that some goods may exceptionally be sold out. If your order contains goods that are not in stock, we will contact you to arrange the best possible delivery before we send the goods.
We pack all goods in proper packaging so that your goods reach you safely and undamaged.

If you have not received the goods/collection message within 7 days after we have sent the goods, please contact customer service. The link to the customer service page can be found here .

If you choose not to pick up the goods, so that they are automatically returned to us without notice of regret - you will be refunded the amount paid, minus a fee of NOK 250 to cover our shipping and handling costs.

Enter the correct address

You must provide the address you are registered with, if you provide the address you are not registered with and your package is returned to us without a notice of regret - you will be refunded the amount paid, minus a fee of NOK 250 to cover our shipping and handling costs.

Return of goods and use of the right of withdrawal

If you wish to return the goods, you must send us an email no later than 14 days after you have received the goods, and send the goods as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days after notification of the use of the right of withdrawal has been sent to us. We will refund the amount paid as soon as we have received the returned package. You are responsible for paying the return postage yourself. Errors in goods and complaints

If the goods have been damaged in the shipment, we ask you to take pictures of the outside and inside of the package with the damaged goods and send them to us (then we will be able to send a complaint to the carriers for damaged goods) or you later discover errors in the goods must you as soon as possible (within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered), notify us of the error.
