Neglbutikk.no offers various payment methods that you choose when you are at the checkout, before you confirm your order and pay for your order. We work with Vipps and Klarna so that you can choose a safe and secure payment method. Choose what suits you best.

Payment with Vipps

Vipps is a payment service that is quick and easy for those who have a Vipps account. All you need to do to pay Vipps is to enter your personal details, e-mail, full name, address, phone number. So when you've filled everything in, press Complete for purchase and confirm the payment in the app. You will receive a receipt and can track payments in the Vipps app.

Klarna - Pay now (card or bank payment)

If you use a credit or debit card for payment, the purchase amount will be deducted from the card on the same day as the order is placed.
The first time you use the Pay now payment option from Klarna, you must provide card details or account details for Klarna to be able to process your payment. If you have used Klarna before, registration will be faster.

Klarna pay later - invoice with a 30-day payment deferral

If you choose Klarna Pay later, you can wait to pay until you have received the item. When the goods are sent, the payment period starts. You will receive an invoice sent per e-mail when the goods are sent from us, and you also get a reminder when it's time to pay. To pay by invoice, you must be 18 years old and provide your personal identification number for a credit check from Klarna.

Payment with Klarna - split the payment - deferred for up to 36 months

You can choose monthly financing so that you can pay over a period of 3 - 36 months, choose what suits you best. You will see both the full amount to be paid and the monthly cost in the till before you confirm the payment at the till. You will be sent an invoice per e-mail when the goods are sent from us, and you also get a reminder when it's time to pay. To pay in part, you must be 18 years of age and provide your social security number for a credit check from Klarna.

If you pay for goods with Klarna, you get full purchase protection, and you can collect all your purchases in one place in the Klarna app. You can manage your purchases, invoices and payments in the Klarna app that you can download to your phone. Refund of amount paid

The agreed amount for reimbursement will be refunded to your account/card as soon as your reimbursement case has been processed. If you have any questions about refunds, contact our customer service.

How to buy with a gift card

If you have a valid Neglbutikk.no gift card, you can enter your gift card number in the " Add discount code " field. If you made a purchase for more than the value of the gift card, you pay the remaining amount as usual. If you have purchased for less than the value of the gift card, you can use the remaining amount later before the gift card expires.

Use of discount codes at checkout for a reduced price

If you have received a valid discount code, add it to your shopping cart before you go to checkout. There is a separate field " Add discount code " where you can enter your discount code and activate it. When the discount code has been activated, you can click on to the checkout for payment.
